Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, boxes, and documentation are included to maintain the product's resale value.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or address the package to our Little Rock showroom, and drop it off at your preferred carrier with a tracked shipping method.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our specialists inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
