How long does shipping take for ink and pens?
We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually arrives within 3-5 business days depending on the carrier selected at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their home country.
What is your return policy for fountain pens?
Unused and uninked pens can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If a pen has been inked, it may be subject to a restocking fee or only eligible for store credit.
Can I request a nib inspection before shipping?
Absolutely. If you would like us to perform a quick quality check or 'dip test' on your nib before it leaves our shop, please leave a note in the comments section during checkout.
Are the ink swatches on your site accurate?
We strive for color accuracy, but please keep in mind that ink colors can vary based on the paper used, the wetness of the pen, and your monitor settings.
