AĀ Chianti wineĀ is anyĀ wineĀ produced in the Chianti region, in centralĀ Tuscany, Italy. It was historically associated with a squatĀ bottleĀ enclosed in a straw basket, called a fiascoĀ ("flask"); however, theĀ fiascoĀ is only used by a few makers of the wine now; most Chianti is now bottled in more standard shaped wine bottles.Ā BaronĀ Bettino RicasoliĀ (laterĀ Prime MinisterĀ of the Kingdom of Italy) created the Chianti recipeĀ in the middle of the 19th century.
This ink is made by hand in small batches, therefore there could be some color variation between bottles of ink.
